Constitution & By-Laws

North Rocks Soccer Club operates in accordance with its:

• Constitution (the way our not-for-profit organisation is governed)

• By-Laws (how the Club delivers the sport/product to our members)

The Constitution may only be altered at a Special General Meeting or, more often, the Annual General Meeting which is held annually in November.

The By-Laws are set by the Committee and can be amended as and when required by vote of approval at a monthly General Meeting, usually held on the first Monday of each month at North Rocks Clubhouse
