PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

* Players who deregister will NOT be eligible to reregister for the 2020 Winter competition.

* Players who deregister in Playfootball AFTER the cutoff date relevant to their age will NOT be eligible for a refund.

* Players who deregister will FORFEIT THEIR RIGHT to make an insurance claim through their FNSW player insurance policy for any injuries sustained between 1
January 2020 to 31 December 2020.

* Players who deregister will NOT have their active kids voucher refunded. The Office of Sport NSW has confirmed that all Active Kids vouchers are to remain with the provider / sport with which they were originally redeemed.

* Fees refunded will only be for player registration fees that were billed through the Playfootball system at registration. You will not be eligible for a refund of any other items such as credit card fees, bushfire donations, merchandise / player equipment purchases, etc.


* Premier League players are not entitled to a refund of the FNSW + FFA component of their registration fee. This $116 is non-refundable because the team has played in a sanctioned competition during 2020 (i.e. Round 1 of the FFA Cup)

INSTRUCTIONS
MEMBER TO INITIATE THE DEREGISTRATION PROCESS FROM THEIR OWN PLAYFOOTBALL ACCOUNT


STEP 1
Go to the Playfootball participant login portal and sign in at https://account.footballnetwork.com.au/


STEP 2
Change the profile you are currently viewing to the person's profile you wish to deregister. In most cases this will mean selecting your child's profile which is linked under your parent account.





STEP 3
Hover over the Activity Menu and select the “Registrations” option.





STEP 4
Initiate the deregistration by selecting the “De-Reg” Action on the right-hand side, next to the product you wish to deregister from.





STEP 5
A notification will be sent to NRSC advising a deregistration request has been received. The Club will need time to action our side of the process. Once we complete, Hills Association also needs to finalise their side which will also take time.

Once Hills Association has provided final approval to proceed, the Club will be informed and we will contact you directly via email asking for your bank details. We aim to process the refund to your nominated bank account within 7 days of receiving these details from you.
