Registrations for the 2026 season are completed online via the PlayFootball website and must be submitted and paid for by the player or parent/guardian.
PLAYERS TURNING 3-5 YEARS IN 2026 CALENDAR YEAR
If you are looking to register kids aged 3-5 years (turning 3-5 years in the 2026 calendar year), NRSC in conjunction with Hills Football offers Little Legends - a fun weekly football program that teaches the fundamentals of football. To sign up for Little Legends, click here.
PLAYERS TURNING 6 YEARS AND ABOVE IN 2026 CALENDAR YEAR
Please read the information below carefully before starting your registration to ensure a smooth process. This information is relevant for all players aged 6 years and above (turning 6 years and above in 2026).
- All players, coaches and managers must register and pay online through PlayFootball
- Registrations cannot be completed by the Club on your behalf
- Junior players using an Active Kids Voucher must have their voucher number ready at the time of registration
- A passport-style ID photo must be uploaded during registration
- New members are required to have ID sighted by the Club
- Coaches and managers may require a Working With Children Check (WWCC) depending on team age groups
- New players must purchase Club socks and shorts prior to Round 1

Before you start, please take a few minutes to gather all the information you may need. Having everything ready will make the registration process quick and smooth.
You may need:
- Identification (e.g. driver’s licence)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) details (coaches & managers)
- Active Kids Voucher number (junior players)
- A suitable headshot photo for each person being registered
Step 1: Register via PlayFootball
All players, coaches and managers must register online through the PlayFootball website.

Important notes when registering:
- Selecting the correct age group is essential
Example: If a player turns 7 in 2026 select U7 Mixed. This applies to all age groups.
We have listed all registration packages on offer based on age group. This will help with starting the registration process and getting you to the right package on the Play Football website.
- Players under 18 wishing to play in Seniors must contact the Club before registering
- Parents must claim their parent account
- Link their child’s account before registering
(Accounts using the same email address will link automatically)
Step 2: Apply for an Active Kids Voucher (Junior Players Only)
If you plan to use an Active Kids voucher, this must be done before registration. To apply please click here.
You must have the voucher number at the time of registration.
Vouchers cannot be applied after registration is completed.
Step 3: Apply for a Working With Children Check (WWCC) (Coaches & Managers of Junior Teams ONLY)
WWCC applications must be completed as a Volunteer and include two steps (employer WWCC will also be accepted):
- Apply online and ensure your full name matches your driver’s licence.
- Visit a Service NSW branch with your application number for ID verification.
- Once cleared, you’ll receive an email confirming your WWCC approval.
Please note Coaches & Managers who manage teams where all players are above 18 must still click on WWCC exemption - "Other exemption". Then in the details section please reference that "all players are above 18 years."
Only proceed with registration after receiving this email.
Step 4: Prepare Your Photo (All Registrations)
A photo must be uploaded for each person being registered.
Photo requirements: Head and shoulders only, plain white background preferred. No hats or glasses.
Registrations cannot be approved without an acceptable photo.
